Frequently Asked
Questions

Have questions about the club, build timelines, or membership structures? Explore our detailed directory below.

Timeline & Construction

When do you plan to start construction?
We take full possession of the facility on September 1, 2026. Our design team is currently finalizing the construction plans, and we’ll begin the build as soon as we take possession.
When do you plan to open the facility?
Our target build schedule is six months, with a planned opening in March 2027.

Memberships & Investment

When do you expect Founders Circle members to make their financial commitment?
The Founders Circle is designed for members who want to be part of building the club from the very beginning.

Our plan is to collect a fully refundable 50% deposit initially. That deposit remains refundable until we’ve achieved specific project milestones. Once construction timelines are finalized and we’re confident in our opening schedule, we anticipate collecting the remaining balance around January 1.

What is included in the Premium Founders Kit?
We’re currently designing the Premium Founders Kit, but it will include exclusive Courtland Commons apparel, racquets, and other limited-edition merchandise created specifically for our Founders Circle members.

Premium members will also receive additional guest passes, earlier booking privileges, priority access to special events, and enhanced VIP benefits for private functions and club experiences.

We’ll be releasing a complete comparison of the Premium, Standard, and Basic Founders packages shortly.

Does the Founders Circle include equity? How do family memberships work?
The Founders Circle membership does not include equity ownership.

If you’re interested in investing in Courtland Commons, we’d be happy to discuss our investment opportunities separately and explain how those work.

As for families, this is something that’s important to us.

Although Courtland Commons is primarily designed as an adult focused club, we’ll have dedicated family programming and family hours during off peak times. These sessions will operate on a pay as you go basis, and children will not require memberships to participate.

As parents ourselves, we want Courtland Commons to be a place families can enjoy together.

Can you explain the group rates?

Absolutely.

Group discounts apply to the initiation fee only. Monthly membership dues remain the same.

Our current group pricing is:

  • Up to 2 members: Save $500 per person
  • 3 to 6 members: Save $1,000 per person
  • 7 to 10 members: Save $1,500 per person
  • More than 10 members: Save $2,000 per person
Can you explain the Corporate Membership?
Our Corporate Membership is designed for small and medium sized businesses.

The primary member receives a full membership, while the business also gains the flexibility to bring employees, clients, suppliers, or guests to the club without requiring them to be members.

It’s designed as both a business development and employee engagement tool, giving companies the ability to host meetings, entertain clients, organize staff events, and enjoy preferred pricing on private functions and club events.

Club Amenities & Services

What does VIP event access include?
Throughout the year we’ll host a variety of member events, tournaments, social gatherings, and special experiences.

As a Founders Circle member, you’ll receive priority access, preferred registration, and additional VIP benefits throughout the year.

Are you planning to have a liquor licence?
Absolutely.

We’ll feature a premium full service bar and lounge as part of the overall club experience.

Will there be food service?
Yes.

While we won’t operate a traditional restaurant, we’ll have a premium food and beverage offering.

This will include a coffee bar, smoothie and bowl station, fresh prepared meals delivered daily from premium catering partners, and a rotating hot food selection.

Rather than operating a full kitchen, we’ve chosen this model so we can consistently offer high quality food while maintaining operational efficiency.

Will there be wellness amenities such as a sauna, cold plunge, or jacuzzi?
Yes.

Health and wellness are an important part of our vision.

We’ll have a sauna, but we’re intentionally staying away from traditional water based amenities like hot tubs and cold plunges.

Instead, we’ll be introducing some exciting new recovery technologies that provide many of the same benefits through dry recovery systems. I think you’ll be genuinely impressed once you see what’s available.
